Shipping Questions

Q: Do you ship to APO, FPO, or other countries than USA?
A: Yes, we ship to APOs, FPOs, and any country that is not on the do not send list.

Q: Do we offer Military or Law Enforcement discounts?
A: Yes, it is 10% if we ship to APO, a Base, or Police Station. Please Email for special code.

Q: Do you ship overnight?
A: Yes, but you must call and place the order.

Q: How do you ship?
A: We ONLY ship retail purchases US Postal Service, all Wholesale orders are shipped Fed Ex.

Q: After we place the order when will it ship?
A: if you place your order from Sunday to Thursday, your order will go out next day, unless we are closed on Thursday/Fridays for a gun show.

Q: How long should it take to receive an item?
A: if it is sent Priority (2-3 days) if sent 1st class mail (3-4 days) if sent fed ex (3-9 days) when shipped.

Q: Do you wholesale items?
A: Yes, just fax your FFL, Fed ID, or Business license to 602-795-0027 or Email it to sales@tacticalaccessories.com you can log on to website and purchase or request a catalog.

Q: What is the minimum order for wholesale?
A: Only 0 without shipping added

Q: How do you accept payments for wholesale?
A: We only accept Credit Cards and COD with Money Order ONLY! No TT.

Q: Do we drop ship?
A: No we do not.

Q: Can we get a line of credit for wholesale?
A: No, we do not issue lines of credit.

Q What is your return policy for Wholesale?
A: 14 days for wholesale.


Return Questions

Q: How do I go about sending an item back?
A: please Email us for return code.

Q: How many days is your return policy?
A: It is 30 days for retail and 14 days for wholesale

Q: When does the return day start?
A: your 30 days starts from the date shipped to you, it must be stamped by the post office under the 30 day limit to be refunded for retail, 14 days for wholesale

Q: Do you accept returns sent Fed Ex or UPS?
A: NO, we ONLY accept US Postal Service Returns, since it is a PO BOX and Fed Ex and UPS cannot deliver to it.

Q: I no longer have the box can I still return it?
A: No, we only accept returns in the condition it was sent to you.
